As an admin, when SSO is enabled, I want to disable non-SSO logins (i.e. users must sign up/log in via Google or Okta, they cannot use their email + password).

Have tax rates calculated automatically via Avalara. Tax calculation is hard, and we rely on Avalara. Avalara is probably the most common integration supported by other platforms, other options are Stripe Tax and TaxJar, but we have no interest in those

When terminating a subscription linked to a plan with a subscription fee paid in advance, Lago automatically issues a credit note for unused days. However, users need more flexibility, including: Ability to deactivate credit notes (i.e. the subscription is terminated but the customer is not refunded); Ability to issue a credit note for unused days (i.e. current behaviour); Ability to issue a credit note for the full amount of the invoice (i.e. the initial invoice is cancelled).

We currently query the current usage endpoint to determine whether a customer should still be able to access some features based on their plan and allowance. It would be easier if Lago could alert us when a customer has used up their usage quota.

Currently the only way to cancel an active subscription is by terminating it, and consequently generating an invoice. We need to be able to cancel an active subscription without generating an invoice (e.g. the subscription was created by mistake).

Credit added to the customer wallet is automatically deducted from invoices. It applies to subscription fees and usage-based charges, but it would be useful if we could limit the use of credit to usage-based charges (i.e. billable metrics, same behaviour as coupons).

For companies having several entities, it can be though to have two Lago organization and duplicate the work (handling API keys, sending events, duplicating plans…) It could be great to support multi-entities inside one Lago organization

As a billing admin, I want to know which user has performed a given action (e.g. who updated the plan, who deleted a metric, who terminated a subscription, etc.).

As a user, I want to see the list of subscriptions in the user interface, including active, pending, canceled and terminated subscriptions. I also want to be able to filter this list, by status or plan code for instance.

When the payment for a wallet transaction—required to be successfully paid to generate an invoice—fails, the invoice remains invisible, preventing the generation of a checkout link. It would be beneficial to enable the creation of this link so that it can be displayed directly to the customer within our user interface when they top up.
