As a user, before activating a subscription, I want to display the price of the subscription to my customer, including fees, coupons, credits and taxes.

Seconding this. It feels like quite a big omission that it currently doesn't seem possible to retrieve an estimate for a subscription plan for instance, so that I can show the proper amount including tax in my UI.
