When terminating a subscription linked to a plan with a subscription fee paid in advance, Lago automatically issues a credit note for unused days. However, users need more flexibility, including: Ability to deactivate credit notes (i.e. the subscription is terminated but the customer is not refunded); Ability to issue a credit note for unused days (i.e. current behaviour); Ability to issue a credit note for the full amount of the invoice (i.e. the initial invoice is cancelled).
