Users with a pricing model that requires to calculate usage based on time (e.g. gigabytes per hour) cannot use Lago.
Example:
"Hi, we meter a lot of our SKU's by the time they were 'on'. Each SKU can be turned 'on' and 'off' by sending an event. End of the month we are supposed to sum up the total time the SKU was in 'on' state and apply a pricing / discount plan to it."

Lago now supports the weighted_sum aggregation type that calculates the time used for a number of units: https://docs.getlago.com/guide/billable-metrics/aggregation-types/weighted-sum

We need something similar. Basically, mimic S3 billing: $X per Y gigabytes per billing period, prorated per second.
