Set the organization's default currency

USD is the default currency in the interface. It applies to new plans, new add-ons, new coupons, etc., which means that if we do business in EUR for instance, we need to update it all the time.
It would be useful to be able to set the organization's default currency in the settings of the account.
Lago admin

You can now set a default currency for your entire Lago organization. To do so:
- Navigate the Settings section
- Click the Invoices tab
- Change the organization's Default Currency
By doing it, plans, add-ons, coupons, wallets and one-offs will display the preferred currency in the creation flow. You can update this currency at any time.
