Include < 0.50 cent payments to the next payment in Stripe

Stripe can't process payments less than 0.50 cents, so those invoices remain unpaid forever. It would be great if Lago included any invoices under 0.50 cents with future larger payment requests to be processed by Stripe.

Yeah, It would be nice to be able to include these payments in the next invoice. Related to https://getlago.canny.io/feature-requests/p/add-option-to-delay-invoices-until-some-minimum-is-reached-or-the-invoices-have ,it would be nice to also be able to optionally forgive those payments if its not worth the time. Someone who uses 1-2 cents every bill would take years to reach the minimum, so its not worth tracking IMO.

(Also, if this is added, the amount should be able to be a user-settable minimum, not just .50, so that 95% of the payment is not getting eaten by stripe)
