Flexible credit note management

When terminating a subscription linked to a plan with a subscription fee paid in advance, Lago automatically issues a credit note for unused days.
However, users need more flexibility, including:
- Ability to deactivate credit notes (i.e. the subscription is terminated but the customer is not refunded);
- Ability to issue a credit note for unused days (i.e. current behaviour);
- Ability to issue a credit note for the full amount of the invoice (i.e. the initial invoice is cancelled).

When our customers leave we want to be able to have it such that there are no refunds or credits provided for their (paid in advance) subscription.
Currently per the docs[1]:
"If the subscription fee for the plan has been paid in advance, Lago automatically issues a credit note for the unused number of days."
Please add the ability to turn off automatic issuing of credit on termination.
