Ability to edit the custom snippet that defines the list of groups associated with a billable metric.

At the moment, it is not possible to add/remove groups when the billable metric is linked to existing plans/subscriptions.

"providers": [ "aws", "google", "azure" ] is given as an example of Dimensions in the docs. I think it's reasonable that new providers will be added later on. Maybe "digital-ocean" or "oracle"

I understand that changing the structure of dimensions (adding or removing a group) can change the data structure, but adding and removing values for a dimension is very useful.

It would be also a huge benefit if it's possible to update metrics at all, changing also things like "Aggregation type", maybe some option to confirm "this affects current billing periods, hope you know what you do" dialog.
