Ability to void a draft invoice

Use case: Some subscriptions are terminated from orphaned organizations (that don't have members anymore to do anything). We want to terminate those subscriptions and then void the invoices that get drafted after termination. We want to avoid finalizing the invoice then issuing refunds, we prefer to have no transfer of funds.

As a user, I want to be able to delete draft invoices, so that they're not taken into account for accounting purposes (i.e. no invoice number).
I may want to delete a draft invoice linked to a test account (in production) or when there's been an error (e.g. the subscription should have been terminated).
