Our plans are complex with various billable metrics. As plans can't be edited or duplicated once a customer is on them, we have to create new ones from scratch. It would be super helpful to be able to duplicate an existing plan to create a new one... would save us lots of admin.

You can duplicate an existing plan when starting a new subscription for a customer (see the "Overwrite" button on the right in the screenshot below).

However, it might be interesting to have this option in the "Plans" sections of the app as well.
