Following the new ingestion system, it would be great if we could see in the event logs a list of all "unused" events.

By "unused", I mean ingested events that are not currently used in any calculated charges.

Use Case

1) I send an event for a subscription and/or a customer but the entity is not yet created in Lago

With this new list, I'll be able to see that something is going wrong.

2) I send an event for a newly added group for a billable metric. But I forgot to edit the group in the billable metric.
