In the same way that we are notified when a subscription is started, terminated or upgraded/downgraded, we would like to be notified in the event of a plan being created or terminated.

We are in a position where we may have manual entries of new plans into the Lago UI but would not have an easy way of notifying the billing service on our end of the new plan creation without another manual step. A webhook would allow some automation of that process and keep our service in sync with the Lago UI.
